Bill Irwin serves as President and CEO of Trans-City Life Insurance Co. and Trans-City Casualty, and as Agency Principal for TCI Insurance Agencies. Bill has been involved in the automobile industry his entire life, with deep ties to the dealer community. He brings a diverse background to the role, with additional experience in business consulting and foreign investment banking. Bill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Notre Dame, along with the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.

Cheryl has been a member of the Trans City team for the past 22 years. She started as a Claims Representative and soon after began supervising claims for credit life and disability, duties in which she still maintains today. As Vice President Cheryl oversees the accounting, product contract remittance, cancellations and claims in all of Trans City Life’s different departments. She has continued her education during her tenure with Trans City, obtaining several certifications in insurance through the Life Office Management Association (LOMA). Cheryl has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration, and is currently working toward a national Bookkeeping certification.

Paul South began his career at Trans City more than 20 years ago. Today Paul manages the Information Technology department for Trans City. Paul is responsible for adapting the Companies’ computer systems and making them relevant for the constantly evolving insurance industry.
David Garnice has been handling workers' compensation claims for over 49 years, specializing in complex and litigated cases. He is licensed in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Montana, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming, and holds an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation along with a California self-insurance certification. His experience includes serving as liaison between third-party administrators and state agencies during state audits, and between self-insured administrators and their insureds during file reviews. David also has experience handling and overseeing excess claims in both workers' compensation and liability.

Justin has almost a decade of account management experience. He joined the Trans City team as a business development manager in August of 2006. It was an easy transition for him, as he values serving customers to the best of his abilities. Justin travels thousands of miles each week serving Trans City dealerships across the state. His travels stretch from Nogales to Flagstaff and from Show Low to Yuma. Justin also reaches out to make new relationships with rural dealerships and also services most of Trans City’s motorcycle dealerships.

Alec Graham works in the business insurance department, focused on serving auto dealerships across Arizona. With more than nine years of commercial insurance experience, he brings deep expertise across the full range of coverages dealerships rely on, including garage liability, dealer open lot, and the complex workers' compensation programs unique to the industry. His background with high-risk, hard-to-place accounts gives him the capacity to handle even the most challenging dealership situations. Alec has a passion for learning and advising businesses on their insurance needs.

Dan Hulsey started in the automobile business in 1973 as a lot attendant for a local dealership. He spent the next 22 years working his way through the different departments until he became the dealership’s General Manager. In 1995, that dealership closed and Dan had the opportunity to join Trans City Insurance Agency. Today, Dan serves as an executive consultant.

Under his leadership, Trans-City became the trusted partner for Arizona auto dealerships, building a reputation for exceptional service and specialized expertise that continues to define the company today.
The Board of Directors posthumously named Mike Jones President Emeritus in recognition of his distinguished service and commitment to Trans-City Insurance and Arizona auto dealers.
